"My view is that the city has the right to have an ordinance regulating signs, including those for businesses, homes, apartments and other dwellings. As long as that ordinance doesn't single out one group for special restrictions, I can support the city's desire to have a sign code that cuts down on clutter or tries to enhance the quality of life in a neighborhood.
Where I part ways with the city is with a sign
